James possesses a diverse skill set that spans operations, sales, finance, human resources, information technology, supply chain management, foundation development, customer service, and mergers and acquisitions. At ULS, he will oversee the business operations of our campuses, focusing on facilities maintenance, purchasing, security, information technology, human resources, cost assessment, and fostering relationships with the campus and surrounding neighborhoods.

Before joining ULS, James held several prominent roles, including Vice President of Finance and Administration at Heights Philadelphia, Executive Director at Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Bucks County, and Superintendent at both Woodland Hills School District in Pittsburgh and Daniel Boone Area School District in Berks County. He has also taught courses in Educational Leadership at Holy Family University in Philadelphia, as well as Business Strategy, Negotiations, and Conflict Resolution at the University of Evansville in Indiana. Additionally, James served as a Military Police Officer in the United States Army.
