Rosenna (Rose) Harrell joined ULS in September 2024. A native Philadelphia, she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business and has maintained her PHR designation since 1997. Rose has extensive experience in the HR field in both the for-profit and non-profit arena. Rose’s first non-profit role was HR Director of Lutheran Children and Family Services of Southeastern PA, which later became a part of Liberty Lutheran Services. Rose specializes in employee relations and organizational development and brings over 35 years of experience to the ULS team. Her HR philosophy is simple, all employees are her customers; take care of them and they will take care of the clients. In her spare time, Rose enjoys traveling and spending time with her family (husband, children and grandchildren).
