Victoria Jesswein has served as Archivist at United Lutheran Seminary since 2021. She worked previously as a Reference Librarian at Sam Houston State University. She holds a Master’s of Archives and Records Management from the University of Liverpool and a B.A. in German Language, Linguistics, and German Scandinavian and Dutch Studies from the University of Texas. Her research interests include German language use in America and linguistic archives.
Victoria is involved in the Society of German-American Studies, the Southeastern Pennsylvania Theological Library Association, and the Mid-Atlantic Regional Archives Conference, and is the Historian/Archivist of the Lutheran Historical Society of the Mid-Atlantic.
Victoria is also the Food Pantry Coordinator for the Gettysburg campus.
